Citrix Application no launching from local workstation

Citrix application not launching through local workstation, Same when I try to launch through VPN its working fne able to launch application without any issue. Also facing issue with streaming applcation and servers. Please help very urgent.

For long time its in launching status, but same application through VPN able to launch. only specific servers facing this issue.

Sounds like if it is working fine on LAN and VPN then you're having an issue connecting to it over the internet?  If so, could be you don't have the proper ports/IP open on the Firewall or you're not translating NAT.

Finally Issue resolved after restarting the server. Now new issue started when users working on streaming application after some time session gets freezed this issue happening only with streaming apps.

Issue again started, need help same issue users unable to launch Citrix Application. As per screenshot it shows as launching but session not establishing. Need help multiple users facing same issue.

Is this XenApp 6?  If so, have you applied all the Citrix recommended Citrix and Microsoft hotfixes?

This issue happened with our 4.5 farm in 2003 servers. Carl please help me to fix this issue permanently. In a week this issue happened second time. Multiple users facing this issue.

I have not seen this issue with 4.5.  Are you running HRP7?

yes Carl. I have applied last month but this issue started from last week only. Issue only with streamed apps other apps working fine :(

Do you pre-cache the streamed apps?  Maybe a corrupt cache?

yes all streamed app profile located in file share and prechache files stored in citrix server E drive. So can I go ahead and delete this folders? folders named like a2597500-3607-43ea-9256-bd2338a4786....... or anything we have to do with citrix user profile -> which contains redcache folder?

Issue resolved after rebooting servers that to only citrix streamed app servers.still not sure what cause the issue.
