I had things setup as IMAP on the old system and when I transfered I had POP3 on my mind. &nbsp; Changed the configuration to IMAP and it worked. &nbsp;Kurt4949's notes led me to circle back to the old machine and review settings.<br />

Hello Experts, &nbsp;I have Outlook 2010 running on a windows 7 machine. &nbsp;I have a problem with the user opens email via outlook 2010. &nbsp;Outlook downloads e-mails to the account (only one account) but you never see any new emails. It is if it is downloading header information but there are no new emails added. &nbsp;In addition, and new email that has been sent is also not showing up.<br />

I have run a repair on the email acccount within outlook.<br />

Hello Experts,  I have Outlook 2010 running on a windows 7 machine.  I have a problem with the user opens email via outlook 2010.  Outlook downloads e-mails to the account (only one account) but you never see any new emails. It is if it is downloading header information but there are no new emails added.
