no report servers were found on the specified machine invalid namespace

I have a Sql 2005 Server Install with Sharepoint 2007. Everything seems to be fine But when I tried to change the Confiruration on the SSRs to intergration Mode for Sharepoint I get this error when I launch the Configuration Manager.

Well This install is Old But I asume it is .. I have the report Configuration Menu
But I did try and go to my add and remove features and dont see it on the menu
This Server is already running IIS Sharepoint 2007 and Other Small php sites

Hmm it seems Like i dont have Repoerts Under web sites in IIS.. Maybe its not installed but i dont get the option if I insert the Setup cd

Why are in you Visual Studios 2005 checking if SQL Server Reporting Services is installed?
