System will start to boot up and then it looks like power is cut and fans stop for a few seconds. &nbsp;It then boots up again with the fans running and also the hard drive sounds like it is working. &nbsp;However no indication with the hard drive light that it is working at all. &nbsp;<br />

I have disconnected all power plugs, ide cables etc and reinserted in case of a loose wire. &nbsp;Person said it was working at his home before he brought it in.<br />

Anyone have any thoughts? &nbsp;Bad Motherboard?<br />
