New HDD makes my PC act weird...

Ok, so by "acting weird" i mean, seriously, since i added a new HDD to my PC, all of the sudden the DVD-RW won't burn data to disks....

or... i get this BSOD flicking noises from my PC once a while... if i remove this new HDD and stay with the main one... my PC goes back to stable state and works perfectly fast...

sometimes booting (with 2 HDD) takes 10min....

i think this has to be something with the way i connected the new HDD into my Motherboard...

I see a Codegen 550W, but the important +12v rail is not visible.  I would still try a different power supply, since just using any single hard drive works and using two does not.
