Tracking cookie for website using Coldfusion 9 Ent

I think I am not over thinking this: I am looking for a simple way in ColdFusion using cfcookie to build a tracking cookie that I can analyze to find out how many of our web site visitors actually have cookies enabled and simply pass the cookie for future tracking (repeat visitors and where they go from our siteā€¦)

You just need to set a cookie that doesn't expire to identify that the visitor has been there before.  If after the first page, the cookie isn't there, then cookies are not set.

But rather than reinventing the wheel, just add google analytics to your site and it will tell you everything you wanted to know, return visitors, browser, cookies enabled, screen size, etc..

Thanks for the answer.  I see the cookie enabled in the Google analytics.  Works great.  Side question ( Will still accept your solution of course)...any suggestions on a good third party cookie tracking/remarketing solution or if CF9 on my server the best solution.

Thanks
