Indeed, the problem that I have "OU" contains several PCs and I apply many gpo of these "OU"
I have to put the standby on all pcs but now I want one pc which is in the "OU" is not automatic standby how can I make an exception

so I'll create two gpo apply in "ou" the first gpo for all pc and second for the group that contain the PC (no standby)
the first priority of the gpo filter??
the first priority of the gpo filter??
You already have all the PC's configured to standby~correct?
So then it would be only one new GPO~add only the pc that you dont want standby on to the security filtering.
