Single Mailbox Backup Fails with Data Protector

When i try to create new backup using the exchange single mailbox option, the following error occurs when i try to expand the mailbox list " Unable to browse Backup objects, The database reported error while performing requested operation".

I can backup the entire store just fine its when I try to back up single mailboxes that I get the error
