ok what mission i am trying to accomplish is i have a web cam and i think its called A which goes into the computer. I need a long 20 ft extension which i connect with the web cam usb and plug it into my computer usb port. I guess i need A to A cord and a connector.

Then I'd just get a few USB-B extension cables like the attached picture shows. USB extension

As previously mentioned you need an active repeater like this:

This one is 10 meters, or 32 feet and should be more than enough for your needs.

Note that you should only have one device plugged into the repeater, the signal is being boosted
by the cable over a longer distance, additional traffic may cause your webcam to freeze or hang.

11 dollars is the cost of that cable and 10 dollars amazon wants to ship via USPS. Its too much.
