Cant Connect to Blackberry Administration Service

Hello, Has anyone received a "Page cannot be displayed" when trying to access the Blackberry Administration service website? I had this issue before and i was able to fix it but i dont remember how I fixed it cuz it was a long time ago. I checked the services and they are running. I've also restarted the Blackberry Administraton service-Application server and the Native code Container and I'm still not able to connect to it. Any ideas? Thanks

could it be you have IIS running on port 80 which is default for IIS and Blackberry?

no. The Blackberry server runs on port 3443. From what I've seen, Port 3443 is only used for the BES

Are you able to reach the server by ping? Telnet the server on port 3443, do you get through? Maybe a IISreset will do the job?

OK, I found the solution, in  the  C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server folder, it contains logs that tends to get really big if you don't monitor it. Well it will get so big that you cant connect to the server. Once I've deleted the logs(I kept about a month or so of logs) I was able to get to the BAS website and also able to send/receive email. Thanks for your response. That led me to look deeper into the situation.
