I need to be able to have a customer run a program that I have them download which will give me the system specifics such as Belarc Advisor. Once the program has run the audit I need to have it email me the results automatically. Does anyone know of a program like this?

The only think that I'm aware of is you have them install a Kaseya agent on the machine. But that assumes you have a Kaseya server and licensing for that.

The KACE utility is free, but it doesn't email... You could create a self extracting archive and execute a cmd or the like maybe.
