How can you conditioinally change the color of a line in a Crystal Reports chart?

I have a line chart that represents dollars over time.  There are categories that will be used as parameters to review selected data.  How can the line graphs color be change, from greeen to red, when a condition of certain amount of dollars fall below a predetermined criteria?

I am using Crystal Reports 2008.

I don't believe you can have a multi-color line if that is what you are after.
