Is there an easy way to migrate a storage group and mailbox database to another exchange server? The servers are not in a clustered environment. There are two mainly to split the load. Please advise!

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

.\ResetSearchIndex.ps1 –force <targetdatabase> is where I am stuck. I ran this command, it produced errors but did complete but when I try to search in a mailbox that belongs to the migrated mailbox database I receive the warning that searches may take longer because the microsoft exchange search feature is not available. Any ideas?

I tried .\ResetSearchIndex.ps1 –force all

and now everyone is having this issue from what I can tell. There were errors that certain databases could not be found. They are there, it says our DC is failing to find them though.

I am seeing "No Index for Database: Mailbox Store 2" when I run that command.

I have also tried stopping the exchange search index/exchange search services, renaming the catalog's for each storage group and restarting the services to rebuild the index catalogs. The new catalog folders are being created but I still recieve the same error when I try to search in the OWA. The script I tried above does not work to resolve it either. How much time can it take to rebuild the indexes? Could it take hours?

The only link you should need is this one:

This has been posted already in the first comment by ckivml, although you may have missed it with all the possible results that they offered you with their drive-by-postings and Google Search Results.
