DPM 2007 Inventory issue

Hi,

Yesterday I did the Firmware upgradation of HP MSL2024 Library & Drive to 5.50 / 3.10e & H68W respectively and and it completed successfully. The Library is connected to a storage which is running DPM 2007 SP1. After the Firmware upgrade when I am doing an inventory in DPM both Detailed & Fasy inventory is not showing any tapes loaded in the slots. What could be the problem? Please let me know the solution as it is very urgent. It's the backup of our Production systems.

In the Windows Device Manager, can you still see the "Medium Changer device" and the "Tape drives" in the MSL? If that's okay, did you do a rescan (not only a re-inventory) from DPM?

I updated the drivers for the tape drives and did a rescan. After that its started working.
