backup exec 2010 r3 - backup job complete alerts

How do I set my backup jobs to send and email alert once a job is complete?
Also can an email alert be sent when the tapes needs to be changed as it a nusience having to keep on checking when the secondary tape is required so that my backup completes by the end of the working day.

Please advise.
