Sync Folder from Windows server 2003 to MAC OS X whenever connected to the network

Hey guys,

here's the issue, i have a shared folder on Windows server 2003 in our organization and i need to have this folder always updated on a MAC OS X laptop to access it outside the company.
So i need that folder to sync to the MAC OS X whenever it is connected to the organization's network.

I know this is easy in a windows - windows environment but i'm not good in windows - MAC environment.

Any Thoughts?

Please help.
