CRM 2011 IFD Authentication

I have an Internet Facing Deployment on CRM 2011. Everything working fine except for 2 problems, 1 more of a problem and the other an inconvenience.

1. After about 15 minutes working in CRM through the web interface, the sign-in page pops up, asking to sign in again or cancel. Clicking cancel lets you continue, not every time though. This should not happen, is there a time-out settings somewhere I can increase or remove?
2. The Outlook crm client installs and works fine internal and external only if you are connected to my domain. I am hosting CRM 2011 for clients, I do not want or need to add remote computers to a domain to enable the Outlook Client, some pc's may be in workgroups. What is the problem here and how to resolve?

Thanks.

Hi Chinmay, no I didn't try this, couldn't find anything on this issue, thanks. I ran the script below in Windows Powershell on the ADFS server, set the parameter, we will see if this works.

Get-ADFSRelyingPartyTrust -Name:"relying_party"
Set-ADFSRelyingPartyTrust  -TargetName "relying_party" -TokenLifetime 480

Not sure if you have any suggestions on the 2. issue I have?
Hi IT_Techno,

No as of now I don't have anything for issue 2. Sorry.

Regards,
Chinmay.
The time-out has been tested and working correctly. As to my second problem. I will have to log it with Microsoft to try resolve.
