Hi All, <br />

I am checking over a customers databases, they have several hosted set and mirrored with a witness sitting inbetween.<br />
<br />
Two questions:<br />
1) How do I view the status of the witness, when I log into the SQL instance of said witness I cannot see any direct information - or is this set up from the principal?<br />
<br />
2) When I go onto the mirror all the databases have &quot;mirrored synchronised / restoring&quot; next to them, is this normal? &nbsp;Are they in a state ready for switch over by the witness?<br />
