one Citrix user on our network cannot save MS documents (word and excel), Read Only
We have one user who all of sudden opens all word and excel (office docs) docs in "read only" status. Anyone else can open them normal mode.
She is on Citrix online client and access is via Citrix published apps.
We tried clearing her sessions and exiting , rebooting her citrix and system.
Suggestions please

Do you mean she can open the CItrix words docs from the server but couldn't save to her local machine? Did you check the file security in the CItrix plugin? First time it will prompt for full access, read only and do not ask this question etc.

She is trying to save to her network user folder. She is a long time user with no system changes (known) since it was working ok.
If your suggestion is a possability - how can I get the system to ask the options agan?

To make sure if this is something related to online plugin, then ask the user to login to a different machine where it works for the other users or VIce versa(asking a working user log into this machine and try from there). Regarding the prompt to ask again, can i know the citrix client version being used?
Also when say network user folder, is that mapped on her local machine or it is available only when a user logs into the citrix session?

mapped via network login for all users to their personal user folder on the network.
