When someone sends an invititaion and you open the email to view and accept/decline it.  There are 3 parts to the email, the normal To, From, subject, time and date. Then there's a partial calendar view, and finally a text field for the organizer to add any other details.  Is there anyway to either a.) expand the calendar to be able to see the majority of it, or b.) remove the text field?

This would not be a big deal but i have a user who is adamant about either having the calendar larger in the email or removing the text field.

thank you! Example email invitation

Yes, just like most office/windows app. Hover the mouse on the bar seperating top from notom till it changes then click and drag the bar down to make top bigger and bottom smaller.

Is it working for you because it's not for me unfortunately, and I guess I should have mentioned that I tried everything in the invite, including going into Outlook options under Calendar, there's nothing that changes it, minimizes, maximizes or even gets rid of it. :(
