Trying to click a link in Outlook 2010 and get the above message

Tried a bunch of suggestions on the internet but nothing seems to be working.

You receive an error message when you click a hyperlink in Outlook

And yes, I know it doesn't list 2010, but it would be worth investigating the .html file association....

What HAVE you tried that hasn't helped?

Tried m-soft fix it / removing chrome / registry after rovi g chrome / default program change / reset IE settings
