I created a public calendar in Exchange (2003) to allow for tracking customer visits. The calendar is open to everyone, however I want to control the information that is entered. Is it possible to create an Outlook form that can be filled out with the requested info (i.e. customer name, company name, phone number, date & time of visit, etc...) and when saved will create a calendar event with the entered data? I would also like make this the only way to add an event if at all possible.
