I am planing to migrate my dhcp sever to another machine

I have Exchange 2007 and DHCP server running on the same sever. I am planing to move the DHCP to other servers on the same network. Would this affect my exchange server and if what configuration do i need to make on the exchange so I got get any interruption.

This won't affect your Exchange and the DHCP move works seamlessly. There's no restart required.
