Blackberry Server Express Locks Up

At least once a month and sometimes a couple times week, our Blackberry Server Express will stop communiticating with the users.  Rebooting always fixes it.   It is running on a dedicated Windows 2003 server and we are running Exchange 2003 on another server.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Were now down to one blackberry.   We must have move 50 users overs to iphone.droid in the last few months.  My BES express issue is taken care care of itself by blackberry's demise.

Are there any events in the windows event logs which indicate an issue? Have you checked the BlackBerry Server log files for errors? Happy to help with anything you find?

What version, service pack and maintenance release are you running? Might be wrthwhile scheduling some downtime to update it to the latest versions?

If there is any hotfix or patch for os or exchange has been done on Exchange Server and it also rebooted, the BlackBerry Enterperise Server MUST be reboot.
Otherwise it will not communicate with Exchange Server and after installing any fixes, check the Send As permissions for the BB Account.
