Windows 7 Client backed up to a Mac Xserve Network

All Mac office running Snow Leopard Server.  Xserve with Promise Vtrak Raid via Fiber.
Have 3 Windows 7 clients i want to back up to the server. Made a folder on the server, Windows clients can see but I cannot get the back up client in windows to initialize.
Any ideas?

Let me paraphrase:

Windows 7 Users can see (read/write) to your Mac Shares.  Your only remaining issue it setting up Windows 7 Backup client?

Have you mapped your network shares to Drive Letters?  This might help with windows backup client finding the share.

Go back to your backup settings.  And click on Change Schedule.

On your last step you will see a small link to edit your schedule.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
