I need to track dollars over a period of time with line graph.  The parameters will be company, region, store to identify where the product is being sold.  The other parameters will be area of product, process level of product, and the category of the product.  We need to be able to select any combination of the parameters and then have the ability to view the dollars over time in a line chart.  Is this possible?

DO you just need the $ vs Time in the graph or are you looking to see it by product/store/region etc?

If you just want $ vs time
Create a new report
Add the data source
Add a chart/graph
Set type to be LINE
X-Axis is the date field
set duration to be each day/week/month
Y-Axis will be the $ or sales field

Once the chart looks as desired you can add parameters to allow the user to filter the data based on any field they desire
