can't acces ftp page

Hi all
i do not have access to the ftp pages for download some material about online courses
thats the link
ftp://ftp2.bentley.com/dist/collateral/institute/selfstudy/STAADPro_StructuralModeler_Dataset.zip
im under a fottinet fortigate 50B firewall
any advice

Works fine from here.  FTP is a different protocol than HTTP and uses different ports.  Is FTP allowed thru your firewall?

the problem is in ie in chrome goes well

IE may not like the spaces in the URL and filename.

I just downloaded the file in IE8 so I don't know what's going on.  The file name has underscores instead of spaces but I couldn't see that in your link above.

If it's important, I suggest you download Fiddler http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/ so you can see what happens when you try to access that page.
