Hi,
Is there a tool that I can use to analyze any website for threats?
Sometimes the users request access to sites that look clean but migh have trojans, force get files, etc.

Yes there is. AVG has an online virus scanner for webpages.

To scan a website you'll probably find these four options useful:
http://www.antihacksecurity.com/scan-a-website-for-virus-malware

Although i have not personally used this next site, it also looks good ...
http://www.virustotal.com/
