Cannot access ASPX Pages Some sites slow

I noticed a few days ago that I cannot access website with .aspx. I also have Hide My A$$ VPN account. When I connect to the VPN I can access everything fine. My setup is:

cisco rv042 router w/ DHCP off and Static IP (verison FIOS)
Win2k3 SBS  running exchnage,DHCP

Does this have to do with the win2k3 sbs server?? I really do not know what to do.

If things work when youVPN then it is pretty clear that SBS is fine. If it were me, I'd kick that RV042 to the curb. Whatever Linksys tried yo do to cram dual WAN support into that box, they screwed up. I don't know if the processor is underpowered or if the firmware is buggy, but I've NEVER had a good experience with customers where those units were present. Swap it out and I'll bet your problems go away.

I use to have a befsr41. Never had a problem with. But it went out. SO i replced it with the RV02 today. Hoping that would help. It didn;t do anything. But I never had a problem unti this week. What kind of router would you suggest??? Tomorrow I am going to jsut hook up a old router with dhcp enabled and one computer to the internet. If i can connect then it has something to do with the server. But why aspx pages??? Just weird. I feel it's DNS or routing or something.
