I would like to have two separate groups of contacts, one for business and one for personel.  How can you set this up?

You can create a new Contacts folder. When you go to Contacts, the default Contacts and your newly created Contacts (folder) would be accessible from here.

I would go to the Folder List view in Outlook, then right-click on Contacts in the Folder List in the Navigation Pane > New Folder to create the new Contacts folder and be sure to name it what you want during this process.

The Outlook data is currently on a backup after a clean install of XP.
