I only want to keep page one. Is there a fast way to delete it.

Thanks,

I think I figured out a way around this, I have tested this twice and it works for me:
1. Save the document to your computer, make sure it's not read only.
2. Go to the end of the second page, and then hit Insert > Blank Page to insert an additional page. This page will be between the original page 1 and page 2.
3 Then starting with the second page (the blank page), begin to highlight everything downward. Then press delete.
4. The result will likely be your desired page 1, and one or two blank pages.
5. From the last page, just hit the backspace a couple of times, and all that remains is page 1.

Couldn't find instructions anywhere to achieve what you wanted.  I just stumbled upon this method on my own.  Hope it works for you.
