Heading level 4 is not visible in TOC. How to fix?

Hi ther;

In MS Word 2007, I have a heading level 4 which is not visible in TOC.

The other headings upto level 4 are there except for level 4.

How to fix?

You can select the number of Heading levels to be shown from the 'Show levels:' control on the 'Table of Contents' dialogue. To see this, select the References tab, then the 'Table of Contents' dropdown button. Choose the 'Insert Table of Contents...' item.
