Hi,

In Drupal 7 there's a function when adding fields to a content-type where you can choose to allow multiple values to a field (like image).

What I want to do is combine 3 fields, 2 text fields and one taxanomy field into a some sort of group.
So in the image showing the admin page you'll have field 1, 2 and 3 on the same row.

Is there a way to do this, a module or a better way?

And also, when done I need to put this in a "Panel" or a "View" where i can rewrite the output of all three fields + every row as urls.

Please ask if you need more information.

You want the field collection module:
http://drupal.org/project/field_collection
Which also depends on the entity api module:
http://drupal.org/project/entity

Enable field collection, which will also enable entity.

Then go to your content type.
Add a field of type Field-collection and set the number of values to unlimited.
Next, go to: Structure > Field collections
You will see the field you just created.  You can add fields to this as though the field collection was a standard content type.
