Hi,

I have a user who would like to access their desktop whilst out of the office using Remote Web Workpalce.

When they log into the front end of the SBS2008 box, there is no option to use RWW. Ive assigned their machine via their profile for RWW but alas, they are not see the icon/button to log into it.

What could be wrong?

Thanks
D

Are you using a self-signed cert?
If so, then you will need to have him install the cert of his PC.

Ok, so something is missing from the PC he is trying to access?

How would I go about installing that on the PC?

The cert install package is found on the SBS server.
Try these locations:

Local Disk: c:\users\Public\Public Downloads
UNC: \\servername\Public\Public Downloads
UNC: \\sites\Public\Public Downloads
