Can I have a form serve as a Splash screen and then load Main Menu after two seconds?

Set your Splash screen's TimerInterval property to 2000  (the interval is in milliseconds)

And in it's On Timer event:

Docmd.openform "frmYourFormName"
Me.TimerInterval = 0
0
