I created a chart in Excel 2003 using the indirect function on a picture.  It works great on 2003.  But when I send it out to a user who is using Excel 2007 it doesn't work and the charts are not displayed.  Please see attached chart.

Looking for help on how to view my excel 2003 chart on excel 2007.

Your chart looks fine to me in 2007. Are you sure the user doesn't have objects hidden?

Multiple users who use Excel 2007 were not able to see the chart.  Nothing hidden.  You can see the picture but the charts are not in it

Where would someone go to see if the Objects are hidden in Excel 2007?

In Excel options, Advanced section.
Do the users have SP2 applied?

I don't see in the advanced section if SP2 is applied....where is that specifically?

No, the advanced section is for the display of objects. The SP2 info is in the Resources section (I think - don't have 2007 with me)
