Look for a physical switch or button, or function key combination on the Laptop to turn wireless on or off.
Tried it but did not work....

Looks like its a windows problem or something, that its not able to "start" the wireless connection...
what type of laptop do you have?

and do you have any 3rd party application/wireless app that could be using the windows zero configuration utility
hmm not sure about it...

I have a HP laptop... How can I check if someone is using the Zero configuration utility?
like what model HP,

HP LAPPYS some times come with hp wireless tools
When I try to enable the wireless connestion I get:

Enabling...

Connection Failed!

The windows is XP 32bits.

Looks like Windows is missing something during startup...

The light is blue.

Se disabled.jpg to see that the wireless is disabled.

Here is the print:

What error message do you get when you right click the wireless network connection 2 and select "enable"?
