We currently use a GBC CombBind C200 for binding documents in the office. It's a small company of 25 people. I just pulled out a copy of the presentation to prepare for a client meeting and 10 pages fell out (punched too high on the page so that they were not attached). &nbsp;I wonder if there is some kind of machine we can get to make this easier and more reliable. &nbsp;I sometimes have the same problem when I try to punch them myself, so I am not blaming the secretary.

A Document Management System (DMS) is a system (both hardware and software) used to track, manage and store documents and reduce paper.
