Filter incoming emails MS Exchange 2007

I'm running Exchange 2007 on Windows 2008, I have configured ticketing system for our organization, users send their requests to support@xxx.com and a ticket gets generated. But lately this account started to get alot of spam and generate tickets. My question is there a way to restrict to allow only emails from our domain to get through to support@xxx.com or other effective way to prevent the spam emails?

Go to properties of the Group>Mail Flow Settings>Message Delivery Restrictions>Properties>Accept Messages from>Only Senders in the following list...

Is there a way to accept entire domain and not add email address individulally?
