Please let me know how I can create hourly pots (line chart) using JFreeChart.

If possible, please give me some sample code.

Try to use it. Each person deso all things differently, so what didnt work for him may work for you and vice versa.
Besides, do you really need the one second interval. And even he finally solved it thosugh that link does not work.
Start doing it and when you have concrete issues we'll think about it
