I seem to be having an issue that is only affecting a portion of my machines. We use a hosted Timesheet program and some of my staff can open the Web Portal really fast and others it takes awhile. They are all going out to the internet to get to it. I am a little stumped as to what is causing this, my first inclination is that it is DNS related. Just for ifo purposes this affects more then this web site but it was a good example. All are using IE 8 as there browser.

if you add the IP address to the hosts file for the timsheet website, does it get faster?
