I've been asked to set up a room called Rendezvous.  I didn't even know rooms existed in Outlook so I need instructions on how to to this so they can use this resource so people know when it is in use.  Let me better explain.
We have a Rendevous vehicle and they want to create a way that people can schedule using it and see when it is available.  I was requested to create a "room" to do this.  I have no idea if this is how to do what they are requesting.  Detailed steps would be very much appreciated.

I read the article but it didn't mention anything about the Equipment feature, which I believe is what I want.  Can you help with that?

Thanks

I think the procedure for Equipment Mailbox is same as the Room Mailbox.

The only difference seems to be that, an equipment mailbox is a resource mailbox assigned to a resource that's not location specific and a roo mailbox is a resource mailbox assigned to a resource that's location specific.
