High Pitched Sound Coming Laptop Speakers
Hi there,
I have an issue with one of the laptops at work, the other day when i went to go turn
it on it started to make an irritating high pitched sound coming from both speakers, the
only way to remove the sound is to turn the volume down or click on the mute button,
i checked the basic sound settings and drivers, everything seems to be working fine.
Has anyone had this issue before? does it sound like a software or hardware issue?
The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L500D, it is about 2 years old, running win7 home
premium 32 bit, it has a realtek audio driver.
Thanks.
