"LDAP" screen in Outlook 2010

I just purchased Outlook 2010; and, thus far, and when I first run the program, a screen comes up called LDAP, and I have no idea what to do with it, what its parameters mean, and why it's there.  I've attached a screenshot of the screen below.

Account Settings/Address Books/Remove LDAP.  Viola, and thanks.
