Sharepoint 2007 security

Hi

Im having problems whit security on a site collection, only site administrators are able to open the site every one ells is getting acess denied and i have tryed to put them in groups that have full controll. it seams that only the admins are able to access the site.

How can i see what active promissions a user is getting on a site

If you install the SharePoint Administration Toolkit, it will add the ability to "Check Effective Permissions" on a user and let you know what permission settings are affecting them:

Off the top, other things to consider are:

- Is there a deny user policy set at the web application level?
- Is the site in a locked mode, preventing none admins to access? (Quotas and Locks)
