create Out of office based on the Calendar

If possible, I need to have users oulook create the out of office for the period I put in the appointment.
for instance when user's "PL" personal leave is approved, I will create an appointment and send it to the user with subject PL, then when the user accept the appointment it will enable the Out of office for the period specified in the appointment and write the message " I will be out of office on monday 17th ....and be back on Monday 24th....
I am not sure if there is a script that can do that?
