I need a simple solution for showing different content on different television connected with a central management software and if does it needs a separate hardware or multiple vga cards to be installed. Thank you.

You probably have a lot of choices, but one advantage of this solution from LG is you don't need to run any additional cables to the TV because it runs from a USB flash drive that you plug into the TV. The other advantage is you install their signage software on your PC. The downside is it looks like you might need to purchase their TVs to play the flash drive, it might not play on USB enabled TV.

Thanks for your quick response PCableGuy, but i am looking a solution for an organization where they would like to have a centralized management software/hardware to upload the different kind of content and distribute between the multiple displays.

You had asked if it needs a separate hardware or multiple vga cards to be installed. The answer to that depends on how the vendor delivers video to the display. Some vendors require a "Player" at each display, for instance.

I don't feel comfortable recommending a specific solution because I don't have real world experience with a specific vendor.
