Print Shop EEV Network Installation errors

At our school we cleaned the hard drives on all the client machines and reinstalled the software. One application that I can't seem to get to work is Print Shop 15 EEV. It is installed on the server and, as in the past, I install it on the clients from the server. Once installed I try to open the Teacher application and I get errors. I am attaching the errors as well as the method I used to install the program on the server. The last doc I attached it the solution I found but once I clear the errors the program closes and I have no opportunity to make the changes suggested. The path to the application is J:\ClientApps\Broderbund. Error  Error1 Installing-to-the-Server.docx Cannot-Find-The-File-pseevclassl.docx

I just asked this question a couple of days ago and there have been no responses yet. How can it possibly be considered neglected?

When shared files can't be found, you have to determine what is causing it to not find the path:

---The path to the application is J:\ClientApps\Broderbund

File and print sharing traditionally use Netbios to communicate with the server. This mapped drive could be located on a file server or print server and not accessible via netbios because of a firewall block. Do your clients have an exception within the firewall rules to allow "file and print sharing". Otherwise they will not be able to navigate to the path. Also, do your mapped network drives work? This may not be a problem with the installation of the program (server or client side software). It may just be a blocked path or resolution to the path.
