Cisco 501 to ASA5505

Hi
I have already have remote offices that use cisco VPN links that are working fine, my question is I have to relocate the pix 501 to another site, is it possible if I just change the IP addresses on the 501 and the main office 5505 ASA unit to the new sites addresses is this all I need do to keep the VPN open?

Your ACL may have to change depending on the addressing used on the new LAN.  Other than that, the peer addresses should be about the only thing that must change.
