Run a task befor shutdown

Hello,

I want to run the program called allway Sync befor the shutdown, so it can backup the company files to a external hard drive.

I guess it's possible using a batch file, but i dont know how to creat one.

please help

you can use Notepad to create a txt file, As for the contents

http://www.softwarehelp.info/softwarehelp/bdocsync/allwaysync/cmdline-opt.html

Once you create a txt file with the command line options, rename the extension from ",txt" to ".bat"

Then just schedule it to run at shutdown using the Windows Task Scheduler.
